SJD is charging that he felt violated by an unnecessary and dehumanizing search, he asked the guy to stop but that led to other agents "swarming" him.

I don't think this has anything to do with gay, str8, bi, etc, etc, etc. It sounds possibly like an over-zealous search that SJD felt crossed the line. If you've ever been diligently frisked/searched you know those lines are fuzzy.
