Jefferson is meh, Akers has been a problem, Rapp couldn't cover. Tutu, although I like him is small. Second rounders should be very good players. Maybe not All Pro, but plus players.

Jefferson was so impressive that we added OBJ and then ARob. Akers never really beat out Hendu. Rapp has played, but never impressed. Tutu we shall see, but he was probably picked too early and the center we didn't pick is the best in the league..

Everett-average, if that; you mentioned Rapp, Akers, and Jefferson, and Tutu

When you compare Snead drafting by those who compare such things Snead is average (not terrible) and that includes Holmes. Snead has been better at working the draft as you say and in bringing in guys that helped-Whit, Stafford . . . and though we paid a ton in draft capital for Stafford, overpaid, even - a guy who had some elite traits, but was never elite overall, too streaky. He also had nagging, chronic stuff - back, etc. - but he proved he was worth it. There might have been someone else who could have done it better, but that is spilled milk. Stafford's elite arm, elite toughness and elite moxy was the key and he got hot at the right time and hit amazing key throws in PO.

So, yeah, Rams must hit on the 2 and two 3s this year and they have to contribute. You nailed it.
