This is a WHOLE new Rams offseason strategy.

The strain on Snead/McVay to hit on picks, make an advantageous trade down or two, and make shrewd pickups from final cuts will be excruciating.

There is very little margin for error in personnel moves this offseason. Every single mistake will be magnified and criticized.
