It is a rebuild that is obvious, but I expect the team to battle & be competitive blowouts I do not want to see. As they look at younger personnel the growth is important, but that can be frustrating. Derion Kendrick is an excellent example of this because I thought he was horrendous and they should have looked at somebody else plus I felt they waited too long to replace Kendrick with Durant & I wanted to see Shaun Jolly too over Kendrick, who IMO, can't cover the bed, but you have to understand that during this transition.
Improvement & Growth will eventually lead to wins add in the coaching staff is loaded now with former players with the likes of Blackburn & Wendell for example so I am also anxious to see how their units perform. Blackburn most likely is going to have a rookie Kicker, Punter & Long Snapper so that will be interesting to see how that plays out plus Wendell with that Offensive Line will be under the microscope because of how bad & how injured they were last year.
Also if they end up with a similar result in 5-12 I don't see how McVay stays, he is not going to let his record get destroyed so I wonder again how that plays out and maybe they rally and end up winning 8 or 9 games, which propels them into next season with more cap room plus earlier draft capital.
