TE is loaded in this years draft and Higbee appears to be injury prone which has hurt his production.
Rams could save some more cap space and with Hunter and Hopkins already on the roster plus possible draftee Higbee could be expendable.
Would another team offer a 4th for him ?

A better question might be whether they can FINALLY coach up Hopkins (and then use him)?
I fully expect Rams to draft a good TE, maybe 2, from this draft. But the thing is that Edge, CB, and OC are now even more screaming needs. I’m very much afraid that Rams are gonna have to watch stud TE’s being drafted one after another until the 5th round, at least.
