Because of the injury and 5th year option thing. Someone will take him.

But for the Rams, as talented as he is, I don't think he's an option unless he fell all the way to 69- or very close to it. Enough fans think the Rams are tanking (I don't) without drafting a backup QB who won't even be able to get reps in camp/preseason this year.
