IMO....It almost has made the off season just a "sit back and wait" approach. Even if you land THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE top F.A or Draft pick, there's a damned good chance he ain't gonna be around in 2-3 years. Gotta be quite honest, y'all........ I do not like the modern way of doing things. There is ZERO attachment.
