I think this is great news

I agree with Snead. McVay is back for the long haul and will do his best to rebuild it for another run. I don't think we will be worrying every year about his retirement like we were thinking we would.

This is what we all wanted to hear and Snead just confirmed it. Who would know better than Snead?
