We all saw it. Not rocket science that health in the NFL matters. The Rams had the great fortune of being one of the healthiest teams in the league for 5 straight years (2017-2021). In that regard it's hard to be that upset about 2022. They were long overdue...

According to the article, "The Los Angeles Rams had been in the top 10 for AGL (adjusted games lost) for six straight seasons until they crashed in 2022."

The hope should be that they get back to being at least in the top half or maybe even top 10 healthiest in the league in 2023. It would make a massive difference.
