Just my opinion. Not necessarily in order. And I include them in context of where they were selected (relative value).

Some of these are not exceptional players. But, for example, David Edwards being the 169th pick in 2019 and giving them 45 starts and helping a very good 2021 OL win a Super Bowl was good value. Joseph-Day as a 6th round pick was a tremendous value.

I included Barrett Jones on the worst because for one I had a hard time coming up with really bad value picks beyond those other five. And even though he was a mid-4th round pick he was hyped as a really good college center and I liked him a lot- and he did absolutely zero in the NFL.

I actually was a big fan of picking Pead 50th in 2012. He'd had over 2,700 yards from scrimmage his last two college seasons and was the Senior Bowl MVP. And he was widely rated as a top 50 overall prospect in the Draft. So he wasn't a "reach" really. But he was definitely a bust in the NFL... Plus they could have had Bobby Wagner or Lavonte David instead at a time when OLB was a big need for them and those two were so obviously BPA.

17 best values:
Aaron Donald (1st (2014)
Cooper Kupp (3rd/2017)
John Johnson (3rd/2017)
Michael Brockers (1st/2012)
Jared Goff (1st/2016)
Greg Gaines (4th/2019)
Ernest Jones (3rd/2021)
Sebastian Joseph-Day (6th/2018)
Rob Havenstein (2nd/2015)
Tyler Higbee (4th/2016)
Trumaine Johnson (3rd/2012)
Todd Gurley (1st/2015)
Greg Zuerlein (6th/2012)
Janoris Jenkins (2nd/2012)
TJ McDonald (3rd/2013)
David Edwards (5th/2019)
Josh Reynolds (4th/2017)

6 worst:
Tavon Austin (1st/2013)
Greg Robinson (1st/2014)
Tutu Atwell (2nd/2021)
Brian Quick (2nd/2012)
Barrett Jones (4th/2013)
Isaiah Pead (2nd/2012)

Rams told DeAndre Hopkins they’d draft him or Tavon Austin in 2013 based on combine workout
