He doesn't have to be a "Pro Bowler" or league MVP. Not sure where that came from. lol I don't think anyone would expect that. He is what he is...better than anything we have on the roster.

Can he be better in the McVay system than he did in other systems? Not sure. That's a whole different conversation.

Having said that, I don't think it will happen for the same reason as you. He will want $$$. A ring won't be the driving force IMO but he might also want to go to a "good organization" in a good city behind a very good coach that is a proven winner too.

The price would have to be right. Maybe a "back loaded" deal with incentives? Def worth a look see IMO.
