There are 12 Linebackers, D-Linemen and Edges that ran sub 4.6 40s.

This sets the Rams up to either get a speedy edge and/or shake up the draft board so much that Snead should be able to be himself, trade down, acquire picks, and pick up some really good talent. It’s the ‘pick up the good talent’ part that will be difficult.
