Yeah I really like Haener. My deal nowadays with QBs is I have arrived at the Mike Martz QB destination, where I believe competitive spirit is the biggest element in whether they can succeed in the NFL. I think despite all his quirks and general insanity he was brilliant and when it came to QBs he had that right.

Talent of course matters. Reading fast and actually seeing the reads in this offense is key too. But the QB must be a top competitor and Haener has that in spades.
