The Rams are hiring Chase Blackburn to coordinate special teams, a source with direct knowledge of the hire said. @MikeGarafolo and @TomPelissero on it first.
Covered Blackburn in Carolina...I don't think a more high-energy, enthusiastic and all-in person exists.
