For me it comes down to this

The defense was not the problem that kept the Rams out of the playoffs last year.

Not at all.

Was I frustrated by them giving up long drive last year? Yep. Definitely. But they gave up more FGs than TDs.

The Rams offense would then respond with 3 and outs and even rarely FGs.

Special teams were worse than the defense as well.

So this next year I want to see what will be done to fix the offense, especially the O line.
