Look, we all believe that Brown has a very high ceiling. His leadership intangibles are off the charts.
But does he already possess the necessary nuts and bolts knowledge of ALL parts of an NFL O? Including executive skills? I have my doubts.
McVay gave him 2 baby step assignments last year. One was to hire his replacement as RB coach and the other was to take over as TE coach with a fancy title as asst HC or something.
If we’re being honest he failed at both assignments. Brown still has some growing to do, imo. Sorry.
