Why does it have to be three names—John Michael Schmitz?

It’s bad enough we have a QB who insists on being called ‘Matthew’.

Football’s a fast game and the fans are loud. Who has time or the vocal chords to rattle off all these syllables?

It used to bug me immensely when Petey would comply and say ‘John David Booty.’ Just go with John or Dave or Mike….
