You’ve got a personal grudge against Akers and that’s fine. I wasn’t happy with that fiasco with McVay, either. But I suspect that both McVay and Samples were not blameless.
Anyway, I think the smart play is to give him a chance in ‘23 and let’s see what he can do behind a decent OL and with Stafford at QB.
