Assistant HC position to Evero maybe combined with the secondary coach position with the agreement that he gets the DC position if Raheem leaves but even if the doesn't Evero might still be a top of list to replace McVay should he leave soon. It would require a little step back ego wise for both he and Raheem but if they worked together (Evero and Morris) maybe they could create something great and position both of themselves for HC openings. This might be a sense of stability and the ability to work on a defense with a Hall of Famer at all three layers.
