That franchise is a mess and has been for a long time now.
Morris has been waiting for a long time to get a shot, I would think he would want to be extra careful on where he chooses to go.
IMO, the Colts are just trying to make it look like they are doing the BEST they can to find a good HC. I wouldn't be surprised if they already know who they want. (Saturday maybe?)
This round of 3rd interviews could be a PR thing. They might want the fans and media to be impressed about going beyond what most teams to by going 3 deep in interviews.
If I were Raheem I would stay in L.A. until the right spot came to maximize my chances of longevity as a HC.
Morris isn't stupid. I am sure he will make the right choice. However, large amounts of money can distort one's opinion of what that might be. lol
Either way, If he goes...great...Good Luck. If he stays here...great...let's get you some talent to work with and get this done!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
