I misranked the TDs allowed category over the past
two seasons---I originally sorted from highest to lowest
(like for sacks or interceptions) but for TDs allowed
the fewest per game is best) just a mistake by dumb old
me)
So, Chiefs are not the best of these teams. They are the worst
which I intuitively knew but just spaced out on.
Who is this Bret Stuter? He writes that "There were no cushions for receivers on NFL Championship Sunday."
For the SF-Phil game I proved this is false. This guy offers no proof because there were. it is just some
Rams fans have an agenda and refuse to be objective and look at provable facts, like film.
And this guy is not here to be accountable. But he just runs his mouth and cannot back up a blanket
statement. Blanket statements leave room to be skeptical. It makes sense to make sure
about what you are saying about cushions--because if you cannot support it, then you will
look like you don't know what you are talking about and have zero credibility on the subject.
As for CIn-KC game---Chiefs are known for more man coverage and blitzing and zone dogs
and so on.
And You see, all that man coverage looks tough, looks cool and is aggressive--but if it is so great---
why have the Chiefs allowed the most touchdown passed in the NFL over the past two seasons?
The point being people who complain about Morris are not complaining about results. It's about HIM.
His results are better than the Chiefs, who play probably the most aggressively in the league. Maybe
the 2nd most (would have to check) is the Dolphins. That guy just got fired.
Anway--hysteria and fanaticism can never replace facts. Hyperbole is not truth. Hate is never
reasonable.
