The fact that they're even considering Saturday - who went 1-7 and was obviously out of his depth tells you all you need to know about Irsay. There's an article in the NY Post that says Irsay wants to hire Saturday but there's pushback inside the organizations. If I had to bet, I'd guess he just makes Saturday the permanent coach
