Brown won’t be leaving other than for a promotion to OC. And even then he might be picky about what team (owners) he would go to.
For example, I hope he wouldn’t consider either the Colts or the Texans. Both teams have dysfunctional owners/ FO’s.

Brown will be staying in LA imho, I believe if he is offered an OC job in Washington that being with McVay will offer a much better opportunity for advancement to HC in the near future. He goes to Washington he is likely to get lost in the black hole called Snyderville.
As a coach If I want a fast track to advancement in this league, I look no further than LA. every single year this staff gets poached, how many coaches get poached from Washington? in 6 years there are 4 HC that came from this organization, and possibly 5 if Morris gets one. that's pretty hard to ignore. I do not recall ever seeing that ratio before from 1 organization.
