don't think that's it at all....

I think him being "all in" is what has led to his burnout....he needs to take some time away from the game and let the people he brought in to help him actually help him.

I don't think it has anything to do with his commitment and it never has....as far as last year, there is so much that went wrong that was out of his "control" and that is what took such a toll on him.
