I don't see LaFluer as a OC....Maybe a QB coach/Asst. OC....Now, that would make sense.

McVay has NFL respect around the league.....He can go get an OC/DC of his choice.

Everyone knows McVay runs the offense....But, having an OC up in the box that see's the game a little differently than he does, well that can work. I prefer a RUNNING GAME that pounds the ball, then McVay and his passing game is the cherry on top.

Here's my take......Stafford would thrive in play action, but you need to run the ball to make it work.
