As long as mcVay is the Rams coach he will be in total control of the offense anyone that is the OC will be in name only. I have actually seen mcVay on the sideline while the Rams defense was on the field with his nose in his play sheet not even paying attention to what his defense is doing. The Rams deserve a head coach that is concerned about all three aspects of the game not just one side.
