That's just my opinion.....

McVay has earned the respect of the NFL and the other HC's.

He can truly go get the BEST COACHING STAFF to "help" him ease up his own workload. Remember, his personality is to be doing "IT ALL."

McVay will hand pick .....

An OC that will bring "His" asst. coaches with him.

A DC that will bring "His" asst. coaches with him.

This is the direction that I think McVay is heading.....No more babysitting and teaching....He has enough on his plate.....Go hire 2 guys (OC/DC) that will bring a staff with them.

McVay is at the crossroads....He's not going down the same road again.....New OC and DC that will bring the best coaches with them.....Simple.
