There's "rumors" out there that Sean Payton is trying to bring Vic Fagio with him om his staff, if or when he gets a HC job.

My bet is McVay has talked to him as well and now Fagio may have a decision to make. McVay or Payton, for me that's a No Brainer. Remember, McVay hung his hat on a veteran HC/DC when he hired Wade Phillips immediately after gettig the Rams HC gig.

But, Staley is the younger coach that really intrigued McVay with his knowledge and ideas using the "Fagio" defense.

I think McVay is eyeing either one as his DC.

Any ideas on the OC? I think it's going to be an OC that REALLY KNOWS A PHYSICAL RUN GAME....McVay does not need any help with the pass game, but a physical OLINE run the ball OC sounds perfect for me.
