Personally, I don't get why great coaches don't get mega bucks. The difference a top notch coach can make to a team is an great or even greater than a top QB in my mind.

Don’t disagree, Oz. The impact of great coaching is every bit as great as a great QB.

But proven top notch HC’s aren’t available all that often. Almost requires special circumstances to occur, like a Sean Payton thing.
