He's wired differently than most of us and it sounds like his brain is his own worst enemy sometimes. He simply can't turn it off.
He needs to step away from the game, but I can see why it's difficult for him to do so. I wish him well, because he's going to melt down if he can't find a balance.
As far as the Rams go, it appears he might be responsible for a toxic environment, evidenced by his admittely destroying Goff, Henderson's seemingly being happy to leave and whatever happened with Akers. (Maybe Fassell and Boudreau as well)
