I think it's been pretty damaging. We fans can see it. Other teams have poached the heck out of the Rams over the past 5 years and we are just now suffering for it. I've never been one who thought it was cool that other teams continually deplete the Rams coaching staff of their talent. I've never liked it but I also realize there's little I can do about it. Yeah, you can be flattered and all of that, but when they leave... where does that leave us? It's a double-edged sword. In some cases, that talent hasn't been replaced with equal talent and I think the organization is beginning to feel it.
