Best Rams accept that and plan accordingly both for now and next season. Our RB corps is a mess. I had thought this would be Hendo’s final year as a Ram back on opening day. But now he’s our ‘best’ RB although not setting the world on fire. Gonna be interesting to see how Snead/McVay address RB this offseason. I wish them lots of luck.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteLMU93 I say that because as they start to get more guys back (Shelton, Williams) and sit their worst performer (Evans) it should only help the offense. Plus all 5 of their losses have been vs. top-10 defenses. And the only top-10 defense they still have to play is Denver. Their next two games are against bottom-10 teams. Even playing @GB in December seems a bit less daunting (they just lby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

They were each identified as weakest links on O and D respectively. Evans is hopeless. Kendrick, while lacking good speed, might have a future although he’s killed us overall in last 2 games. I’m still interested in being competitive THIS year. I’ll worry about ‘23 in the offseason. QuoteRam_Ruler But that begs the question, why are we so Morris focused? All defenses have weaknesses or scheme philosophy that fans hate. But what actually do we expect Morris to do here? QuoteRam_Ruler Ramsey said it himself. "we have to play off of each other". Think about the Rams vs chiefs in 2018. Should the chiefs defense be able to say 'well I know you scored 51, but they scored 54 so it's your fault we lost. You even had the ball at the end of the game". No sir. Not at all. Biggest Morris D sin was not protecting the sidelines. Should have forced Bucs receivers inside and prevented them getting out of bounds and stopping the clock. That alone would have guaranteed victory. Late game D 101 with a small lead and opponent lacking timeouts. Brady probably could not believe his good luck there time after time on that drive. Here’s fearsomefour… The soft coverage on the last two possession is bizarre to me. A QB like is not going to hold the ball. Morris' scheme is taking away the Rams pass rush for the most part. Does he not trust the back end at all? I will say this....on the PI that gave the Bucs the ball at the 1 yard line, Evans was lined up over Kenricks. Here’s PhillyRam… I saw Durant on a punt coverage so he was up. Here’s den… There are some obvious issues with the coaching staff evaluations IMHO. I'm going to refrain from Bobby Evans all of us have had enough and @oldnotdead posting having Ty Nsekhe play LT with Jackson playing LG seems like a much better option as Evans needs to be taken off the field.
