I AM my local handyman.. lol

I do everything except really difficult plumbing stuff - and I'll generally give it a try first before I call a plumber.. ..and I DO have a go-to plumber that I trust.. Yeah, f you can find a good handyman that's reasonable, definitely stick with them - they are few and far between.. the ones around here only wanna work 2-3 days a month and charge an arm and a leg so they can be off all month.. most don't show up at all for appointments or even estimates.. that's why I've learned to do so much more than I initially used to do..
