I have never even heard of that.
But... I'm no longer 'in the loop' as far as pre-High Schools. All I know is that today...
elementary school kids are doing calculus in the 4th grade... reading at a college level in the 3rd.... building science project that google monitors.
When I was in the 4th... I kept a praying mantis in my desk as a pet.... and my friends and I ran a school year long contest to see who could kill the most flies shooting them with a rubber band. I won the championship one year... perhaps the highest accolade of my life. - JamesJM
