even though he only attended school there his senior year is Derek Carr.

The Carrs moved to Texas to be close to David when he started his career with the Texans. They moved back to Bakersfield Derek's senior year and shopped him around town to see who would run the most Derek-friendly offense. David went to Stockdale (played for one of my Fresno St teammates). They wouldn't change their offense, so Daddy Carr had Derek go to Bakersfield Christian.

The oldest Carr brother is now the head coach at the school and David helps out now and then.
