is 18 now. When he was a toddler "Thomas The Tank Engine" was 'the' thing. We watched them all... every night. We knew every line in every episode.
Mason is now playing WR in college football.... you couldn't get him to watch Thomas. Grandpa, on the other hand.... every so often, when no one is home, will click open Netflix, find one of the better episodes, and enjoy.
Today my youngest is Elijah, 7, and it's Legos. Lego everything... Lego videos, Lego video games, lego puzzles, lego kits, and I feel 'bad' for Elijah because I never have been able to 'get' the Lego thing. It's just not the same as Thomas. Oh I partake... I'm a grandpa.... I have blisters from putting together 500 piece lego kits.... but when Elijah falls asleep, or goes to school, it's Thomas the Tank Engine time. - JamesJM
