Two weeks ago, their last game, my grandson played in 109 degree weather. This week, in Eureka.. my daughter sent me a text saying it's 59 degrees! I couldn't make the game... other grandson's kickoff their game in 1.5 hours. Here it's 79 degrees with an expected high today of 87.... very nice, but still too hot for football.
So... what IS the perfect temperature for a football game. My guess would be in the 50's. Or is that too cold? - JamesJM
If you live in cold like I do (originally from Manitoba, have lived in Chicago, now in Maine though it's the warmest of the 3 because I'm on the coast)...and appreciate cooler weather like I do...the 40s are nice, actually. Very good football weather.
