I'll keep our Hurricanes! You can see those coming for days...even weeks! While in the USAF, in Blytheville Ark, I experienced a 5 second tremor from the New Madrid (Missouri) fault. THAT WAS FREAKING SPOOKY!!!!! Not a cloud in the sky and then suddenly, it was like a giant bowling ball was rolling towards the base. I was sitting on a pool table when it hit. The table dropped about a inch or two from under me. NOPE!! COUNT ME OUT!
