Most unfriendly person I've spoken with since I got DirecTV... or at least the least helpful person! After about 15 minutes of going back and forth she offered my a package that would save me a total of $5 a month on my bill! I told her to cancel the service once the period for the bill I just paid runs out. I think their service in general has gotten much worse since AT&T bought them out anyway.
My service runs out on September 19th, so at least I'll see the Seahawks game!
