This draft just looks absolutely loaded. I feel like we're going to see a late first round value slide to us for sure and probably at more than one position. Doubt that happens with OT given the way teams reach for them, but it also leads me to think (as I mentioned in another thread) the Rams prioritize that dev LT spot if a guy they really like is there. Simply because of where we're picking in this year and next year's draft, and the fact they'll want someone developing for the blindside in case Whit degrades quickly.
There's just so many players I could see sneaking into late first round, but they can't all rise so something's gonna give and hopefully the Rams take full advantage.
My dev LT types there at 52 are Niang and Bartch. I don't think Jones makes it to us. Don't like Wanogho's knee situation after all the Gurley BS. Jackson might be more a RT. And I think that top 4 on the list are gone for sure round one.
Seems like Center would be the position to slide to us btw. Simply because you can get those guys later vice the OT types (especially the ones who have even a slight chance to be a LT) who are harder to find.
I'm guessing 52 range is "dev LT or BPA" territory. And round 3 to 4 is where we get that Center and maybe a RB.
