I suspect the Sean McVay we see a decade from now won't look like a kid about to jump into the ocean for the first time.
On the other hand, he clearly is wired as a high energy guy.
He'll change a bit as time goes on. He comes from a good NFL football family, so I imagine they'll monitor him and help him NOT to burn out.
