Again it's all about just taking things by day....go for the good when the good is there....don't try to look around the corner...we have a real team set up because we have a real staff set up.....AD will be signed or he won't....he's going no place this year....etc...etc...etc...
IMO we as fans have to really be not just proud about our Pro Bowl Lineup of players the RAMS have assembled...but to really be up beat and proud of those staff members who actually have assembled it. Now if we had a real issue at backup QB do you really think that this staff who has taken us from a laughing stock to a threat would be overlooking that spot?
Well, I do trust this coaching staff, roman. They’ve certainly earned that.
Two things are possible:
1) They like Mannion for this O and think he would be more than capable of replacing Goff adequately if surrounded by the other starters.
2) They are looking to find an upgrade and are doing so behind the scene. Much like a duck seemingly relaxed above the surface while he is paddling furiously below the waterline. Lol.
