I would say Vea is gone somewhere in the early teens. His ceiling is around pick 10, floor around 17.
Payne is gone later teens to early 20s. Celing 15, floor 23.
Unless something comes up in a medical or they get arrested, of fail a drug test at the combine. This stuff sounds farfetched, but it happens all the time.
If the Rams really like Payne, he might be there at 20, move up a few. I prefer to move back in the 1st this year, but to each their own. Payne is going to get knocked for his lack of QB sack production,
but he was a top 30 HS recruit, benched 460 lbs as a HS senior. Ran a 40 at a football camp in 5.0 seconds at 345 lbs. He is as strong as it gets and he is technically sound making him an instant plug and play.
I still maintain its going to be a CB, unless someone they love falls to them.
