This doesn't strike me as a good sign. If a rookie from a small school is correcting the coaches, then doesn't it mean that we have suck coaches?
If I started correcting my boss during the first month of employment, I'd lose respect for him because I would know he didn't know what he was doing. I would have no confidence in him or his leadership. I'd expect to lose.
