1) Fletcher should have been signed way before that time for less money.
2) Fletcher was told that he was too expensive which was BS because they ended up spending pretty much on Duncan and also followed up with a high draft pick that cost money.
Ziggy should have said, we can make it work. And the nonsense way he dealt with those situations by doing nothing and letting the players drive up the market price was even more nuts.
