You should beg, borrow, and steal to make this one happen

• Chad Reuter, NFL.com (2/16)

37. Chad Hansen, WR, Cal
101. Corn Elder, CB, Miami (Fla.)
(projected compensation for CB Janoris Jenkins*)

107. Lorenzo Jerome, S, St. Francis (Pa.)
140. J.J. Dielman, C, Utah
(compensation for S Rodney McLeod*)

Highly doubt it will be possible on actual draft day but....

- Hansen is a sneaky explosive WR. Physical route runner who likes to use his frame and catch radius vs defenders but will burn you deep when you get aggressive and can outrun angles if he does catch something on the move short.

- Elder is relentless and nasty. +++ movement, change of direction, and ability to click and close vs the run/WR screens. Height (5'10) doesn't worry me and apparently no one told him he should be intimidated by taller WRs.

- Then check this out, I knew I mentioned Jerome a couple weeks ago and he's the safety version of Elder plus a knack for creating turnovers...wrote this then (Elder just now) "His ability to close on a RB behind the LOS from deep safety is insane. His quickness, COD, burst, and speed make him impossible to gameplan away from and his ball skills make you pay the turnover price."

- Dielman is a solid pick. Quick snap to set. Active feet but needs to do a better job keeping them under him, will mirror better when he does. Good hand placement with solid punch. Good second level mover.

"What is a cynic? A man who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing"
- Oscar Wilde

I demolish my bridges behind me - then there is no choice but forward.
