That's a serious obstacle.
He wont need the great eye for college talent if he hires the right people around him to do that.
The Jed factor could be an issue going forward, but just as easily could the Kroenke/Demoff factor for the Rams.
It will be very interesting to see how both teams fair in the future. There is no question it all starts up top and I don't like either organization from that standpoint. Good luck to both teams and their fans!
