I saw them just completely lose confidence when they were trying to maintain a lead. And this is perhaps my own personal observation but his body language showed a lack of confidence in crunch time. Anyway, I always thought that he was probably a good coach but when the going got tough, he wasn't the man for the job. Again IMO
