Exactly 9er8er, the NFL has no interest or care in whether states have an income tax or not.

There's always something missing from the talk about the "no state income tax states" their property tax more than makes up for no state income tax. Texans brag about it, but fail to mention they may be paying $4000-$4500 or more in property tax per year on a $150K home. OTOH in a state with state income tax the same home might pay $1500-$2500 depending on location.
