He's a backup and probably one of the best in the entire league.
If they decide to roll with Mannion that's fine, let Keenum go so he can find other opportunities. He's been a fantastic team mate, all the guys love him, he's handled everything with class and aplomb, he's done his best in a terrible situation. I think some posters have a twisted view of sports and their favorite teams and anyone who isn't playing up to their expectations is a bum and they dislike them.
It's weird that a lot of guys can't wrap their head around the fact that he is a back up and expect him to play like a mid level or better starter. If he was able to do that he'd be making 20MIL and would still be living in TX.
